“I called Dr. Worrell’s office after calling a number of different ENT’s who were rude and uncaring on the telephone. From the moment his staff answered the phone they were prompt, courteous and professional. This was important to me as I feel this is a reflection of the doctor. I was not disappointed as Dr. Worrell proved to be patient and caring. He really took his time and carefully explained the surgery for a deviated septum and polyp removal. The prep work, surgery and follow up care were excellent. He even called my house on the Sunday after the surgery to see how I was doing!
